add vpngate support

add option to connect to vpngate. https://www.vpngate.net/en/ and fetch config from it and since username is vpn and password is vpn just give option to directly connect.

add openvpn support for importing .ovpn config file and connecting to vpn using username and password.

it would be good to use kvantum themes so it wont look dated
