Order generation is not working

Hi there, The order generation feature is not working, it stuck with the "Downloading resource ids for customers" message.

Can't disable 'Launch at startup'

Every time Shopify Developer Tools is opened it is re-added to Login items. 'Launch at startup' in the menu bar is always checked and greyed out.

Developer Tools doesn't handle rate limiting / retry requests

Data generator always leaves some requests failed. I assume this is due to unhandled rate limiting. Requests should be allowed to be retried.

Don't force Polaris builder window on top of others

If you open the Polaris Builder window it stays on top of every other window like a modal dialog. This is really annoying if you're trying to switch between windows...
