"Today" does not work when creating orders

When generating orders selecting "Today" does not generate orders for today.

For example I tried to generate 5 orders for Today: jan 27th, 2019 these were the dates I got: Nov 24th Aug 20th Jun 23rd May 18th May 13th

This is the same issue I reported in #16. The issue is processed_at is set to a random date during import.
