For instagram manage message, advance permission doesn't work for all incoming message, untill your advance permission is verified by facebook app review team.

Already this bug is fixed in latest release.

Did you enable notification from profile setting? This is in setting > Notification preferences

Setup 2FA in your google account and create app password. And use that app password.
