Create docker file to install all the dependancy according to the operating systems (ubuntu and Windows).

Annotate the dataset

To increase the size of dataset, we need to annotate the dataset using labelimg software.

Update readme in such a way that it is easy for a beginner to understand the repository.

Convert tensorflow version

The current code is writen in tensorflow 1.4 version. We should convert it to the latest version, tensorflow 2.X
