App to check whether one course can be transferred from one college to another with credit

Are there some institutions who provide API or other data sources? If so, you can have a few levels of verification. Also, consider credibility of the reporters.

ejs doesn't throw error on unknown command-line option

ejs uses jake for argument parsing.

When I check out this PR and run tests with mocha, I get 3 failing tests. Am I missing anything? Or this is not fully implemented yet?
