[Bug]: Invalid authentication via OAuth2 via Github for the owner of the organisation

I think I've identified the issue. It looks like the email address isn't populating correctly for some users. Specifically, it's this loop here: https://github.com/oauth2-proxy/oauth2-proxy/blob/e058c4d636a7621b58181a340ecb7977b4a4ac62/providers/github.go#L325 if the user's primary email address...
