try `gem install generamba -n /usr/local` or disable the `SIP`

Because of Python's GIL, multithreading is somehow useless. Maybe you want to check out [python's multiprocessing lib](https://docs.python.org/3.7/library/multiprocessing.html).

Is it possible to use a certain version of ffmpeg to make it work? It is working smoothly even on my Macbook Air 2013 with a ffmpeg and mpv built...
