You have to use the comms menu to get the infantry going. I don't remember exact items naming, but shouldn't be that hard to find.

The problem is where to (or, rather how to find a) place them. Given that JTAC, presumably, require LOS, placing them in automated way would be really hard, since algorithm...
I'll look into that, it probably need tweaking because, yeah, currently they could be as close as 600 meters. Adding to that - they're not active from the very beginning....
At the very minimum - I will change the distance in upcoming RC build.
This is a known issue, I doubt I could fix it from my end. This also happens if you spawn more than a few harriers on the Tarawa deck.
Colors are assigned to raid roles (T, H, M & R), not damage types, so I don't exactly know how to feel about a change like this.
