@balanceTWK bl602_boot2_mini is boot program,you need to set this .bin as Boot 2 Bin. bl602_boot2_mini can't set Firmware Bin. you need set bl602_demo_event bin as Firmware Bin.

The IO8 jumper is correctly set to cover the H position. Press RESET to make sure the jumper change is in effect.

Yes, Thanks for your help. CKS base address wrong in svd, we will fix this issue. You can get clock register information at glb_reg.h.
