Let me explain this in detials now we did the installation with new server and also tried on one old server the 404 is not happing but service from imunify...
i am in talk with imunify team on it

As you know mail server ssl also depends upon the SSL so some time these need to restart after ssl
Did you update both manually?
In cyberpanel we only add any integrated app update once its stable so the update is not an issue.
