For each capability, an indicator of how many attack patterns are complete should be added. Also, a button or other means to navigate directly to the next incomplete attack pattern...

A number of effects used in the baseline summary, baseline, wizard, and (perhaps) assessments v3 beta components should be centralized as ngrx selectors to increase code reuse and decrease redundancy.

Some NGRX effects in the baseline store and baseline summary store have error handling, but many do not. This should be added.

Unit tests are needed for the baselines wizard to more fully exercise weightings and larger selections of capabilities and attack patterns.
