Hopefully that might fix it. Otherwise maybe try re-deploying the app. 12 months on the SD card should be fine. Usually they'll be ok for at least a few years.
Has the SDR dongle come loose perhaps? And have you plugged any new USB devices in recently or changed power supply?

@Teko012 I was just going to test it would boot up and recognise the dongle and load all correctly. I just received it today so will give it a go...
testing looks good. everything loads up nicely no issue and runs alongside green 1090mhz dongle with no problems.
