I think you can subscribe to GitHub releases so using that again could perhaps work? Not sure if there's a better way though and requires people to manually subscribe I...
AFAIK rtlsdr V4 uses the r828 tuner. ~~I'm not sure it's compatible with the software for other SDRs that use R820/R860 tuner.~~ ~~Might have to have some configuration variable to...
