There's no harm in merging this as is. It seems to work fine (on Linux) and allows me to further design changes for Hyperfine 2.0

I'd rather not pull in external dependencies / scripts just for building binaries. But if someone wants to add that target in CICD.yml, please go ahead.
Does this happen with older versions as well? Do you have specific Antivirus software or is this just the normal Windows safety mechanisms?
