My uptime was 1 hour. The startup uses about 30 MB but if you use it for some time the RAM goes up suddenly.

The point of this extension is to allow users to browse the web faster without using shortcuts or a mouse.
there is taskbar customization software called "startallblack" that has this feature but it is closed source so i am not sure how they are implementing this.
Windows show this icon when the microphone in use. May be we can keep track when the icon is visible, when the icon not visible we remove the icon.
