系统环境： Ubuntu16.04 Shadowsocks-Qt: `Version 3.0.1` Chrome: `78.0.3904.108（正式版本） （64 位）` 测试延迟一直稳定在150ms左右，但浏览器经常莫名其妙访问不了google（此时测试连接延迟也挺正常，没有超时），但过一会自己就好了。 有没有遇到同样问题的大神？
