Fedora 31 and centos 8 execute Shadowsocks-Qt5-3.0.1-x86_64.AppImage shows tried many methods can't fix

then tried this package is running ok: Shadowsocks-Qt5_botan2-x86_64.AppImage but version v2.9 don't have chacha20-ietf-poly1305 encryption method

@EGQM Thanks replied. Sorry i'm a newbie of c++ and qt. establish environment just install the package right? the pyqt5 is not dependent refer to compiling wiki still the same error.

By the way, I got new issue #833 when compile it. do you know what's mean? very thanks.
