Hey, I can't replicate this issue - none of these errors should interfere with the shutdown process. It's possible that RMD is simply taking a long time to finish re-scanning...
This is a consequence of the way this version of RMD tracks files. This has been fixed in the rewrite, which should greatly enhance file handling.
