Use MSIX installer format

Would be nice if this used the MSIX installer package to make it easy to right click uninstall native in Windows 10 as opposed to old school Windows 7 style.

Cerebro doesn't search UWP apps on Windows 10.

Select + Drag to bottom of screen doesn't auto scroll

I expect when I drag to select from top to bottom of the screen that the window scrolls to the bottom to allow me to select below fold content

The UI doesn't scale properly on screens as high of a resolution as 2560 x 1440.

I was testing Journaley on a different Win 10 system. After the initial setup where I put the journal folder in Documents folder I found that creating a new entry...

This should allow users to create new journals in case they would like to write in more than one journal.
