Hmmm not sure why that is happening. It does "sync" with the rdio player's volume but I do not know why those issues are happening.

Not exactly sure what it syncs with, it's been a while ,but it looks like it syncs with the app specific volume: https://github.com/sgringwe/rdio/blob/76a756b2ba13484eff69b92c87759cae9801423c/rdio/MPRIS.vala#L392

I have noticed this too and assumed it was just Rdio trying not to waste bandwidth. Does it happen when opening Rdio in a normal browser?

I do not have any ideas and unfortunately do not have much time to work on it either :/

Sorry but I do not have linux installed anymore. I'd be more than happy to give others access to the repo on launchpad.net so that they can update the PPA.

@robertdoneill consider pinging heroku and asking to have your limit increased

@fatuhoku FWIW I asked heroku support to up my slug size and they did so within the same day. you might be able to also
