Error when creating a custom resource for a VolumSnapshotClass

### What happened? Following the following link "https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/containers/using-ebs-snapshots-for-persistent-storage-with-your-eks-cluster/", I'm trying to create the VolumeSnapshotClass with pulumi and getting the following error during pulumi up execution: "error: Preview failed: resource "urn:pulumi:pre::imabf-k8s-setup::kubernetes:yaml:ConfigFile$kubernetes:snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1:VolumeSnapshotClass::gp2-snapshots"...
