GUI pannel size adjustment

It would be nice to have the ability to resize the gui panel. Either as a ratio like 9:16 or as a number like 720:1080.

how to use gui feature? I tried to use tkinter but it keep prints no display module 

 uunable to save a file in sftp location but open a file from sftp, saving file that is from sftp is working
