And of course the CI shows up at least some style-checking flubs I forgot to check;-) Will fix those and whatever else the CI throws up tomorrow.
Pushes above fix style issues. The failing test looks like it may be some unrelated glitch, not sure. Guess we'll see later when more pushes done, so this is ready...
push above addresses the simple ones from @t8m today, still need to add a TLSV1.2 test and consider refcounting as well as a couple of ongoing points.
Last fix above fixes an issue someone just noticed - the ECH PEM file should be created only readable for the owner as is done in other cases.
