Push above is for the obvious comments from @mattcaswell since yesterday (i.e. not including the `ossl_ech_get_ch_offsets` stuff)
Push above addresses the inefficiency part of `ossl_ech_get_ch_offsets` as described in the discussion above.
Just for clarity: I think I've answered the comments raised above now. Not saying the answers are the last word by any means, but I don't think the ball's in...
I see it's been 3 weeks since I got comments on this, be great if we could get this one processed soon as doing so would enable some other work...
