The `shortcut.xml`-file is apparently written in a determined (or random) order. I tried changing another shortcut in the settings. Back to square one. Moving the `note-a` to the top again...

@bkunda Same issue. My solution to move the entry to the top in `shortcuts.xml` is still working. `... note-a A `
