Got an answer in the Twitter forum [here](https://twittercommunity.com/t/first-view-campaign-has-line-item-returned-as-active-entity-but-not-found-for-the-account/136101/2). View First campaigns are not supported 😮

Repository "private" does not exist | Since 1.1.0

I experience the same problem with version `1.1.6`. Downgrading to `1.0.10` works.
