This is already implemented in the SDK, resource definition should be updated soon.

Hi @Relativity74205 I confirmed with network policy team that UNSET for other fields is just undocumented. I'm taking care of it in SDK, will keep you updated on this change.

@Relativity74205 I merged https://github.com/Snowflake-Labs/terraform-provider-snowflake/pull/2759. Now, UNSET and empty SET are supported for the remaining network policy fields, so you can remove all IPs and network rules easily. Let us know...
