@ajjackson is this PR still one to be worked on?
I think this needs to be rebased after the Python 3.11 upgrade because it's trying to use Python 3.10 looking at the console logs.
The failing test looks suspiciously similar to the pydantic failure - #39131
With the further changes to IDAaaS last week how are things looking @thomashampson ?

Unfortunately the recipes have updated since you last pushed a commit for this one and thats causing a merge conflict. Hopefully once thats resolved the other tests will run and...
We are having some connectivity issues at the moment. Leave it with me and I'll add it to my list of tests to re-run
Yes I think it would be good to un-draft this. Maybe @thomashampson , @jhaigh0 or @jclarkeSTFC (aka the Core Team) can take a look at this one?
I've tested this on v6.10.0 on Windows 10 and it is still an issue.
I've been contacted to say it's still a problem in v6.10 on IDAaaS
