Changes to custom board option definitions in `boards.txt` are not picked up

i can not find this folder in Win10 x64 `C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\arduino-ide\` hidden files and folders are shown. i use IDE1.8.19 any ideas?

ESP32Partitions can't use on ArduinoIDE 1.8.9 with Java 8 update211(current version)

Hi, I see it that way too. It seems like the tool is really good. But unfortunately no success with IDE 1.8.19. Would be great if this would be brought...
