In Explorer the same thing. In main context menu - available on files and folders. Shift+context menu - only on folders.

Temporarily (before reinstalling Windows), I bypassed my problem not entirely correct. Installed the installer 24.11.1 and rolled on top of the portable 24.12. Once the same problem was with Mp3tag....

I specifically checked Winaero Tweak Classic Full Context Menu. With a developer build 24.12.20241216, the menu item is in an Explorer and in Total Commander, on files and folders.
