host will be something like "my-redshift-cluster.cyzcueaiqkep.us-east-1.redshift.amazonaws.com" it is the `ENDPOINT` without the port You can also parse it out of the JDBC URL
> Did you place UCR in a protected folder? eg `Program Files` ? This solved it for me. (Moved the folder to Desktop)
