Seeing this as well on the latest firefox build (99.0) on MacOS (m1 macbook)
+1 getting this too after upgrading my nvim/neotest/neotest-pytest. Can't quite figure out which upgrade caused the regression
Ill add that it worked for me after adding kanata to the "Input Monitoring" list on macOS security settings. Frustrating all the hops you have to go through on macOS....
