今天試了一下, 本想用ffmpeg -i "input.mkv" -c:v copy -c:a copy output.mp4來解包MKV貪個懶, 發覺是不行的,一樣是不同步. 另外請教一下大佬language用的QM文件是啥格式?(或者說是啥軟件可以Edit.), 個人不黯編程,提供些translator之類倒是可以的.

特別說一下,FFMPEG 如不設幀率, 就算用硬體解碼器,仍是有誤差的(29.97 > 30) 短的片還好, 長的片尤奇過萬格的同樣有不同步問題...似乎真的是FFmpeg的莫名奇妙bug 似乎也得再找其它方法處理FFmpeg的MKV幀率問題,試了-framerate / -vf "fps=" / -r 似乎總有些地方也不太對味...納悶死了

花時間再試了下,29.97MKV用FFmpeg指定輸入幀率29.97和30也是不OK的, 但指定輸出幀率,用29.97同樣是不OK的,反而指定輸出幀率30就沒事了, 很微妙的bug = = 現詳細命令為ffmpeg -i "input.mkv" -c:v hevc_amf -r 30 -c:a copy output.mp4
