I always assumed it's related to how arch package manager compiles Qt.

Can someone compile monero-gui with Qt installed using https://github.com/engnr/qt-downloader instead of from package manager?
@SandaruKasa try 5.15.2, Qt does not offer prebuilt binaries for newer 5.15 versions.

When did this start happening to you? I don't think anything was changed in this regard. Did you change the sorting on the transactions page?
Do you have failed transactions in your transaction history?
Can you post the transaction id? And also go to Settings -> Info and post: Version, Wallet mode, Wallet restore height
