Please share the exact errors you are running into.
It's an option when you create a new wallet in the wizard, but it can only be selected if you don't have an existing pruned blockchain.
If a node is pruned the data is deleted, you would have to sync from scratch to get it back that's why there is no unprune option.
Did you try a full restore of the wallet from scratch?
And it shows the exact same issue, one incoming transaction shows up and the second does not?
Did you use a different subaddress or subaccount for the second transaction?
Is the origin of both the transactions the same? If yes, can you say what it was? Your own wallet, third party servcie? Also can you share both transaction IDs?
