Fix the error java.io.IOException: Unable to delete file: ...build\resources\main\changelog.md

I cherry-picked and tweaked the code to use `try/finally` on my [0.3.1](https://github.com/selesse/gradle-git-changelog/tree/0.3.1) branch. Would you mind testing that to see if it fixes the issue for you? I'll release 0.3.1...
