Default rights configuration for new secrets

When I create new secrets I want to do this by default with all employees. If there is something that I want only to be available for me or a subset I can configure that manually.

User stories:

  • As a user I want to share new secrets with all colleagues by default.
  • As an administrator I want to configure the default right for new secrets, that users create.
