Support keyboard shortcuts for "Move tab to start" and "New tab on left"

I would love keyboard shortcuts to move a tab to the leftmost position and to open a new tab in the leftmost position.

udisks_partition_table_call_create_partition_and_format_sync fails with "Error waiting for LUKS UUID"
