The correct short identifier for the Ruby license is `"Ruby"`, see: https://spdx.org/licenses/Ruby.html. The ruby license text was also added to a LICENSE.md file.

Could also consider to change the `GPL` license, since the used short-identifier (`GPL-2.0+`) is deprecated. See: https://spdx.org/licenses/GPL-2.0+.html. The new short-identifier is `GPL-2.0-or-later`. See: https://spdx.org/licenses/GPL-2.0-or-later.html

According to https://spdx.org/licenses/, the correct identifier for the Apache 2.0 license is `Apache-2.0` (instead of `Apache 2.0`).
