应答为乱码怎么解决

您好！我用xiaohuangji50w_nofenci.conv 训练3万步后，运行app.py测试时，应答为乱码。偶尔回复Theknowledgeof 。之后我修改了execute. py中打开文件的方式，全部增加encoding='utf-8' 选项，包括preparedata.py ，但结果依旧乱码？请问如何解决？需要增加encoding='utf-8'后， 重新训练吗？我测试的是seq2seqChatbot目录 ，python 3.6 。谢谢！
