Thanks for the reproducible steps. I think the second image is the correct image actually for download, the first one was cropped. What do you think?
I think this requires just a render on the viewport after the size changed
Yeah it should, not sure why it does that
This is not PT SUV Attenuation corrected. tmtv only makes sense for PT AT
Before I begin investigating, can you check with the latest OHIF master and Cornerstone 3D?[https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/localbasic](https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/localbasic)[https://www.cornerstonejs.org/live-examples/local.html](https://www.cornerstonejs.org/live-examples/local.html)
It's not about the window level; rather, the PT viewports are all inverted. So, when we reset properties, they become non-inverted.
I'm gonna close this in favor of this https://github.com/OHIF/Viewers/issues/5372
It should work, we have proper surface generation for 3D volume viewports. See this example [https://viewer.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.256467663913010332776401703474716742458](https://viewer.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.256467663913010332776401703474716742458)
It is a DICOM SEG generated by some algorithm i gues, manual drawing should be fine as well
@drukas what do you think?
