[Bug] In TMTV mode some data only display the TMTV calculated values, while others do not display them at all

Describe the Bug

The tmtv values of some PT/CT data is not displaying in tmtv segmentation panel. Additionally a console error also displaying

Steps to Reproduce

• Launch a TMTV study (Data: https://viewer.ohif.org/tmtv?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.3098.5025.285242291560760827564488897577 )
• Create a segmentation in PT viewport
• Draw a segment
• Hover the segment item in right side panel
• TMTV calculated values is not displaying.

The current behavior

TMTV values popover is not displaying and additionally a console error also shows

The expected behavior

TMTV values should show like other PT/CT data.

This is not PT SUV Attenuation corrected. tmtv only makes sense for PT AT
