After `pip install -r requirements.txt` which install av2, I manually downgraded numpy by `pip install numpy==1.19.5`, and then go to the virtualenv `xxxxxx/lib/python3.8/site-packages/av2/utils/typing.py` and replace `npt.NDArray[XXX]` with `np.ndarray`
