Hi, I haven't developed SGX software in quite a while now. I'll try to update this Docker image to the latest version of the SGX SDK today.

@fffmonkeyking @dzobbe Is my repo still needed, given that Intel now provides their own instructions to build an SGX-compatible Docker container? https://github.com/intel/linux-sgx/blob/master/docker/build/README.md
