Never tried to download a kepub (I only keep epubs), I'll try it and see if there a problem in the code.
+1 for marios's answer. URL rewriting with latest DSM need some tweaking.
I never done it myself, I just remember seeing one page about that. Still I don't remember DSM's version. I never used COPS on DSM (except to test some installation)...
@gerroon IIRC Calibre has a setting for that, do you use it ?

My experience with Kindle is that the basic font size is quite different from my Kobo. but if the modification are small it is possible to include them into COPS....

Can explain a little where is the problem ? is it in the UI ? in the Epub reader ? elsewhere ?
