Have the same issue. seems to be a folder permission issue. I can´t access /icons/ when I copied over /icons to /images and changed the path in the generated index...
True. Locally it all works fine. However permissions / owner on the hoster are the same for /images and /icons. Still can´t pinpoint it down.
