@christopherjenness I think creating a project in [readthedocs](http://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html) would be a good start. I am not sure exactly how collaboration works on the platform though.

Installation steps using helm

I received the same errors in both installation methods on a 1.21 EKS cluster.

Actually the problem is not having `metric_base_uri` provided as an argument. Once I added that, the resource was created. For some reason, this is not documented for the resource. Maybe...
