I am certainly seeing _resolved_ issues in my json file and they are being imported as such into bitbucket.

I suspect the attachments only give the appearance of coming across because the URLs refer to the images hosted at github.

When -r argument was specified without the _user_ a pretty clear message was presented indicating that _user/_ was required, so yes this could be clearer in the README.md file but...

My guess is that it only works when the username in github matches the one in bitbucket. Bitbucket has a facility for specifying an alias for a user, but using...
