Instead of just closing it by a bot, can some human explain what the plan forward here is?
Also `proto::TrickleRequest` got a new `final` field, which is another breaking change.

In the worst case you could do the same in cargo-c that were doing in the gst-plugins-rs MR. I'm not sure there is a better way.

A newer version of this that is actually maintained is at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-rs/-/tree/main/net/ndi You might want to give it a try with that. There's no limitation for the resolution / framerate...
